What Others Say About Rick's Work

I am deeply grateful for all the people who have taken the time to send me feedback for my work- both positive feedback and “Even Better IF” feedback! You have blessed me by helping me improve and grow.  Here’s a sample:

A. For His Speaking, Interviews and Videos:

I just listened to your radio interview. Great job. Congratulations on the book. Several things grabbed me and sort of validated how I approach stuff… like doing my work and supporting other men doing their work. I particularly liked how you use yourself as the example. I don’t encounter leaders (weekend or community) who put themselves out there like that.  — Jeffrey, Indianapolis, IN

B. For his Coaching:

Rick’s coaching was powerful, safe and challenging! I was stuck in my life and his artful support and insightful vision helped me move forward in ways I had not imagined! I feel so much more present, aware and awake now! And, I have access to much greater passion, and a deeper sense of my mission and purpose. In addition, I find myself being more effective at work- especially when confronted with conflict. A special bonus: My wife and kids noticed the changes in me and I am closer to them than ever. Thanks so much, Rick!    — John, Chicago, IL

Working with Rick as a coach has helped me develop a much clearer framework for my mental habits, which has enabled me to live with heightened self-awareness…….. I found Rick to be immensely supportive and trustworthy; his gentle style helped me navigate through some huge emotional hot buttons. I’m going forward with a clearer mission and the confidence that I am safe and smart and I will overcome every problem, as I always have!    — Andrew, Toronto, Canada

C. For His Trainings:
In the field of Multiculturalism, Rick Broniec is a notable leader. I have attended his workshops twice and have only begun to scratch the surface of the wisdom and knowledge he brings. Mr. Broniec’s ease of delivery and compassionate facilitation allowed our organization to look at some uncomfortable truths which helped to determine clear areas for growth and attention. His consultation, generosity and breadth of skill also contributed to the overall success of our summit conference. Any organization that wishes to be on the cutting edge of diversity would find what Rick Broniec has to offer extremely valuable, if not necessary.   — T. Greg Squires, Coach, Consultant, Speaker, Leadership and Mentor Training, Phoenix, AZ

I wanted to take a few moments and let you all know how much you mean to me. It’s times like this that bring up the gratitude I have for you being in my life and how fortunate the rest of the world is for you being in it. It’s people like you that make such a difference and continually model that for the all those around you to see. The times we are in are changing rapidly and your stewardship is valued and appreciated as we all move forward together. Please take a moment and celebrate who you are because the world would not be the same without you. I am comforted knowing that you are such an integral part of the process.  — Richard, Cambridge, Canada

I found my Leadership Training experience led by Rick Broniec and 2 other men to be the most valuable leadership training I have known to date. I perceived that every man really got something of enormous value in making that gut connection with the underlying but distorted aim of his shadow pieces. I certainly did. I now have more freedom in spotting these energies and can be compassionate yet firm towards them since they are merely trying to connect and relate to other human beings….. Your workshop offers the means of knowing at greater depth what these energies are and what they are up to and how to contain them and not act them out when they get triggered. Thanks so much! — Richard, Phoenix, AZ

I wanted to thank you again for delivering an absolutely awesome Multicultural workshop. My wife and I talked about that session for days afterward. It was very thought provoking and cathartic for both of us. We would love to see a follow up…It was also just really good to see you again!     — David , Toronto, Canada

Eleven years ago next month you co-Facilitated my first ManKInd Project Training in Deckers, CO. My life has pivoted in many exciting directions as a result of that weekend. Thank you for your continued passion in leading others toward transformation – and for inspiring others like me to do the same.     — Brian, Denver, CO

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for coming all the way down here, discounting your fee, and gifting us with the opportunity to put 25 of our community through Leader Training 3 and thereby advance the leadership track of all those men (myself included). I was one of the originators of the idea and I am truly grateful to you for working with us to make it a reality and having the patience to assist myself and others to work out what we needed to do to make it happen. In addition it has been a pleasure meeting you and getting to know you.     — Peter, Cape Town, SA

I wanted to drop you an e-mail to say thanks for the Mission session you ran at last week’s Society of Information Managers meeting in New York. I wasn’t too sure when I saw it on the agenda how it was going to work out but I found it really helpful. Once again, thanks for taking the time to meet with us last week and share your insights around this topic – I appreciate the work you put in to it and I know it was a useful session not only for myself, but for others that I talked with too.       — David, New York, NY

D. For His Books:

I wanted to let you know I finished your book, and I loved it! Thank you. I cried several times- very touching and inspirational. I see I have a lot of work to do yet to get where I want to be!

Ed, Milwaukee, WI

I just finished your book on the weekend sitting at the beach. For me the last chapter had me really smiling about how your days are now, how life has opened up to you. It was a very personal and intimate part of your thesis. Thanks, I loved it!
Mark, WA Australia

Thank you for challenging and supporting me at the New Warrior Training. It was a profound experience that has changed my life. Thank you. I’m not sure how just yet, but I also know that the experience will influence the work I do as a coach. I’ve been feeling a calling for quite some time to work with men, and the weekend has magnified that calling even more. I don’t know if it will be reflected in the clients I choose to work with and the areas I choose to focus on, or if I’ll give back by staffing the MKP weekends. We’ll see. All I know for sure at this point is that I’m on a new, exciting path in my life… a very courageous and confident path. I feel blessed to have met you and I thank you for all your gifts you’ve shared with me.   — Jason, Montreal, Canada

E. For Rick Himself:

Just a quick note to thank you for your presence in Houston this past week. You are an inspiration to me of what MKP is really all about. I got an inside view into just how much you have been through to get the leader trainer material for our organization up and running and out on the road. I see you having to manage many difficult conversations. I also enjoyed hearing your story and getting to know you socially and also appreciate your support…. After all that had transpired it was very important to me personally to receive the insights and wisdom of leaders such as yourself.

Michael, London, England

I wanted to acknowledge your influence on my life. I just finished a Leadership Training 2 training with a mutual friend. He referred to you many times as his mentor. He did a wonderful job, and I thank you, my friend, for your giveaway to this planet. I knew there was a reason I liked you from the first time I met you, and now I know why I stayed involved with this organization, when there were challenging moments.   — Larry, Raleigh, NC
